A Three-Hour Private Container

This is a private, live exploration of your birth chart and energetic blueprint held within a focused three-hour session. We work with essential astrology and Human Design to support deep self-understanding, strategic clarity, and embodied direction, especially valuable for those navigating Saturn returns, career transitions, midlife passages, and threshold moments.

This is relational, presence-based work designed to help you understand how you are uniquely designed to move through the world. Where your innate gifts naturally reside, how your challenges function as catalysts rather than obstacles, and how to live with greater ease in alignment with your design.

This session specializes in complex astrological patterns: stelliums, Yods, challenging aspects, and Pluto-heavy placements. The charts that feel the hardest often hold your greatest capacity and gifts. By weaving astrology and Human Design together, we reveal how your blessings and burdens function as interconnected parts of your design. Where one system shows the what, the other illuminates the how, giving you a complete picture of your energetic blueprint and practical pathways for embodied living.

Prior to the Session:

  • You provide your birth data (date, time, location)

  • You reflect on what you feel your top three blessings and burdens are in this lifetime and bring those to the session as a point of reference for the healing work

  • I review your birth data, astrology, and Human Design and intuitively prepare for the work ahead

During the Session:

  • Opening Intuitive Healing: Grounding, presence, and nervous system regulation to establish a clear and stable field. We address anything present that needs to move before the exploration begins.

  • Essential Astrology & Human Design: We explore your major placements, energetic blueprint, and how your blessings and burdens work together within your unique design.

  • Integration & Questions: Space to clarify insights and discuss practical applications.

  • Closing Intuitive Healing: Setting intentions to amplify your blessings, clearing resistance to your challenges, supporting integration, and anchoring the work for continued unfolding.

  • Handwritten note-taking during the session is recommended for deeper processing and integration.

This work is live, experiential, and held in real time. There are no recordings, downloadable materials, charts, or written reports. Everything is meant to be experienced in the moment and integrated through reflection, embodiment, and lived practice.

If Birth Data Is Unavailable

A birth date, exact birth time, and location are required for astrology and Human Design. If this information is unavailable, we will work with alternative methods including intuitive exploration of the Akashic Records and assessment of key life experiences gathered during a brief call prior to our session. The depth and intention of the work remain the same, using a different but equally meaningful pathway.
