For more than twenty-five years, Kannon has been entrusted with strategic initiatives requiring vision, leadership, and execution. Throughout her career, she has repeatedly been selected to launch new programs, stabilize existing operations, lead organizational transformation, and develop high-performing teams across entertainment, workforce development, and luxury real estate development.

Known for leading complex special projects, Kannon has built a career transforming vision into reality. From launching statewide workforce initiatives and building training programs from the ground up to stabilizing production offices, repositioning multimillion-dollar assets, and guiding organizational transformation, she has consistently been trusted to lead during periods of growth, transition, and change.

Most recently, as Senior Director of Training & Strategic Initiatives for the New Mexico Media Arts Collective, Kannon helped build and strengthen statewide workforce development initiatives supporting approximately $98 million in New Mexico's creative economy infrastructure. Working alongside executive leadership, the New Mexico Economic Development Department, the Higher Education Department, the Consortium of Education Partners, and industry leaders, she developed innovative workforce initiatives, cultivated strategic partnerships, and helped establish sustainable pathways for New Mexico's next generation of media professionals. During her leadership, The MAC Training Program served more than 452 participants, engaged nationally recognized instructors and industry experts, and laid the foundation for continued statewide workforce development.

Previously, as Training Coordinator for IATSE Local 480, Kannon was part of the leadership team responsible for launching and building the union's crew craft skills and safety training program from the ground up. She designed curriculum, developed learning pathways, delivered more than 220 professional training courses, and trained more than 3,600 participants, helping establish one of New Mexico's premier workforce development programs for the entertainment industry.

Trusted with leadership roles on award-winning television series, major studio feature films, and high-profile productions, Kannon built a reputation for bringing structure, stability, and operational excellence to complex productions. Recognized twice by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for her contributions to the Emmy Award-winning series Breaking Bad, she was brought onto the production to help stabilize and strengthen the production office before being promoted into expanded leadership responsibilities. She later served as Production Supervisor and Production Coordinator on productions including Sicario: Day of the Soldado, Jumanji: The Next Level, and Corporate Animals. She also served as Producer of the Entertainment Weekly cover shoot featuring Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul for the final season of Breaking Bad. As part of the leadership team on Better Call Saul, she contributed to the production's environmentally sustainable practices, which were recognized with the Environmental Media Association Green Seal Award.

Prior to her entertainment career, Kannon led strategic initiatives throughout the luxury real estate industry, holding fiduciary responsibility for assets valued up to $55 million. She specialized in bringing complex projects to life, from ground-up luxury developments and lease-ups to large-scale condominium conversions, acquisition transitions, operational turnarounds, and positioning multimillion-dollar communities for successful sale. Across every project, she combined strategic planning, operational leadership, financial stewardship, marketing, and team development to deliver exceptional results.

While the industries evolved, the calling never changed. Executive leadership, strategic initiatives, workforce development, and spiritual mentorship have never been separate paths, but different expressions of the same purpose: helping individuals, leaders, and organizations discover their unique design, build strong foundations, navigate meaningful transformation, and create lives and legacies aligned with who they truly are.

From her earliest memories of gazing at the expansive night sky, Kannon has always felt a profound connection to the cosmos. Even before she started preschool, her intuitive gifts and ability to sense energy were already present. She found herself communicating not only with people but also with animals, plants, and the vast celestial expanse.

During her early school years, she naturally exhibited deep compassion, empathy, claircognizance, and an extraordinary ability to recognize patterns. One transformative summer at her grandparents’ house, her grandfather noticed her unique abilities and described them as extrasensory perception, or ESP. She sensed that reality had layers and dimensions far beyond the ordinary, inviting her into a world filled with unseen energies and profound mysteries. These early capacities would later be refined through decades of formal study and lived practice.

Her formative years were richly colored with creativity and a distinctive embrace of uniqueness in all its forms. However, after high school, societal pressures and misguided decisions led her to temporarily suppress these gifts throughout her twenties, with only occasional moments of spirited clarity breaking through. After her first Saturn return, a significant reawakening began to unfold, though it was again tempered by societal conditioning, ambitious career pursuits, and character-building detours that came with their fair share of lessons.

Kannon's early interest in understanding people began with acting and character development, which led to profiling and psychological assessment tools including the Keirsey Temperament Sorter and MMPI. What she discovered was that these frameworks, while useful, offered only surface-level insight. Pattern-based systems could be learned and performed rather than revealing what was authentically present.

She loved two things deeply: the infinite depth of souls and hearts, even those with the crustiest edges, and the vast beauty of the universe and divine creation. What she wanted was the truth, what lies beneath, how we heal it, and how we bring the beauty of the soul forward.

This recognition, that everyone carries their own unique design, as singular as a snowflake or a star, sparked a lifelong search to understand why we are who we are, and how that understanding could help us be happier, kinder, and more compassionate with one another.

This led her into Western and Eastern esoteric studies, including astrology, Human Design, Hermeticism, Kabbalah, Daoism, yoga, Qigong, and embodied movement practices that could illuminate the complexity of being human while cultivating the inner landscape for deeper levels of being and sovereignty.
