1. Individual coaching and mentorship sessions (including extended private journeys)
2. Group training and certification programs
3. Intuitive healing, Human Design, Astrology, I Ching, and other wisdom methods consultations

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. 2. LEGAL AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website or purchase any services or products from Asteria Lumina, LLC. Recording of any sessions, workshops, or use of any images, screenshots, or materials from the Website or sessions for any purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Asteria Lumina, LLC.
The majority of our work is experiential in nature. While detailed note-taking is not necessary, you are welcome to jot down key insights or thoughts that resonate with you for your personal use. Workshops may provide slides or handouts for your reference.
If workshops or sessions are to be recorded by the Company, you will be asked for explicit permission beforehand. If you choose to continue and participate, you will receive a copy of the recording for your personal use only. Such recordings may not be shared, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Payment Authorization
By purchasing services or products from Asteria Lumina, LLC, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as specified at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method (credit card, debit card, or other approved payment processor) for all fees incurred.
5.2 Third-Party Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions. When you make a purchase, you may be redirected to our payment processor site to complete the transaction. The processing of payments is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues that may occur during the payment process. 5.3 If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all remaining payments in accordance with the agreed schedule. Your payment obligation is not contingent upon attendance, participation level, satisfaction, or early withdrawal from the program. By enrolling, you are committing to the full investment amount.
5.4 Binding Enrollment
Enrollment in any private mentorship, group program, certification, or extended container constitutes a binding agreement between you and Asteria Lumina, LLC. Once enrollment is confirmed, you are responsible for the full program investment as outlined at the time of purchase.
5.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution without first contacting us in good faith to attempt resolution. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, you remain responsible for all amounts owed under this Agreement, including any associated fees incurred by Asteria Lumina, LLC.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We stand behind our services and products, and your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services, mentorship containers, certification programs, and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
6.1 Rescheduling
If you or we cannot make a scheduled appointment, you may reach out to reschedule at connect@asterialumina.com, and we will do our best to accommodate a new time.
7. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA (PRIVACY)

8.5 Movement and Somatic Practices
Movement and somatic practices are offered as educational guidance. You are responsible for honoring your body's limits and consulting healthcare professionals regarding any physical concerns.
8.6 Certification Programs
Certain training programs offer certification through Asteria Lumina, LLC based on demonstrated competency and completion. These certificates represent formal training in our lineage of healing work and confirm your ability to practice these methodologies. These are educational certifications and are not professional licenses issued by state or regulatory boards.
9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

12. TERMINATION

Any breach of these Terms, including unauthorized recording, sharing of materials, or violation of our intellectual property rights, will result in immediate termination of services with no refund provided.
