Kannon brings more than twenty-five years of leadership experience, including senior executive roles and work within film and television, alongside an equal depth of practice in the spiritual and healing arts, including intuitive healing, astrology, Human Design, ancestral healing, threshold and end-of-life work, Qigong, embodiment practices, and nervous system regulation.

After more than twenty-five years of studying wisdom traditions, healing arts, spiritual practices, and systems of self-understanding, all while building a career and living a very human life, I can share with you this: The answer every tradition ultimately points to is back to YOU.
When I first began this journey, I was seeking magic.
Like many people, I wanted to turn frogs into princes.
Lead into gold.
Illness into health.
Heartbreak into love.
Struggle into abundance.
My will into reality.
There is nothing wrong with those desires.
In fact, I believe they are often what call us onto the path in the first place.
But something unexpected happened.
The deeper I traveled, the more I discovered that every teacher, every lineage, every practice, and every system eventually pointed me back to the same place:
Myself.
My own inner knowing.
My own relationship with the Divine.
My own sovereignty.
And in that return to my inner self, I discovered something else.
Each of us arrives with a beautiful and unique energetic blueprint. A unique combination of gifts, challenges, timing, purpose, and ways of perceiving and moving through the world. It has always been there, beneath the conditioning, the expectations, the roles, identities, and stories we were taught to adopt.
Much of the suffering I have witnessed, in myself and in others, comes from trying to live someone else's version of life instead of our own.
Asteria Lumina exists to help you return to the center of yourself more quickly, so you spend your years living from sovereignty rather than searching for it.
And I created it for a second reason.
I believe the world needs leaders with greater wisdom, intuition, compassion, and healing capacity. And I believe it needs healers who are willing to step into leadership. Too often, these paths remain separated.
The leader develops influence without wisdom.
The healer develops wisdom without influence.

The world is asking more of us than ever before. As systems shift and uncertainty accelerates, grounding in your authentic self while cultivating intuitive perception and embodied presence is no longer optional. It is essential.
Asteria Lumina is led by Kannon, whose work is informed by decades of disciplined spiritual study, mystical and Hermetic traditions, alchemical philosophy, intuitive healing arts, ancestral and end-of-life work, and Qigong, including study within select esoteric lineages. Her approach integrates ancient wisdom with grounded, modern practice.
Alongside this spiritual foundation, Kannon brings extensive professional experience across entertainment, organizational leadership, and training and development in complex, high-stakes environments. This dual grounding allows her to hold work that is both spiritually rigorous and practically anchored in the realities of contemporary life.
